ORDER ACCEPTANCE.
Currently, we accept orders from both the website and retail stores. Additionally you can send us an SMS or dial a toll fee 1300 20 50 50 no.
All quotes and proforma invoices can be generated on the website by addding products to the shopping cart and clicking checkout. Please note that we do not accept orders from outside Australia or for deliveries outside Australia.
PAYMENT TERMS.
All payments must be received by us in our bank (cleared funds), before we can send the product(s). Currently we accept three forms of Payments.
1) DIRECT DEPOSIT OR BANK TRANSFER:
As the name suggests, a customer deposits the order total in a bank branch.
All deposits or bank transfers should be accompanied by the "Order no." (same as tax invoice No.) as the Reference and additionally (if possible), purchaser's Last Name. Otherwise, the payment can not be acknowledged and products will not be sent. In such situations you must sign-in on our website and click on your order history and click View. You can send comments or questions from the bottom of the page. Only these comments are acted upon and usually in 2-3 business days
2)BANK CHEQUE / MONEY ORDER:
Customers can buy a Bank cheque from a bank or write a cheque or send money through Money order from a Post shop.
Product delivery through this method is subject to receipt of the money (cleared fund) in our bank account. Usually, it takes 6-8 business days after we deposit the cheque in the bank. Products will be sent after this time. We do not suggest this method of payment, if you are in a hurry.
4)CREDIT CARD
We accept VISA and MASTER Credit Cards only. We use 256 bit SSL Encryption technology from THWATE,the world's most reliable technology, for your security.
All prices are quoted Cash prices with a discount of 3% already, Credit cards are not eligible for the discount. Hence all credit card transactions are charged 3 % extra.
DELIVERY TERMS.
If products are in stock and if payment is identified as cleared funds in our bank account, Products are sent 1-2 days after receiving your payment. Please note that we do not have any control over the courier companies' delivery times. In case products are NOT in stock and if we received your payment, then we will try to get the product in 3-5 business days. During this time or after this the customer can cancel the order and get full refund back.
Option -1
AUS POST - Fast, reliable and your parcel can be tracked from our website. Most of the deliveries are done next day. But we do not guarantee any delivery times as we do not control the courier company. Some bulkier items like Monitor and case, outside Victoria could take 4-7 business days.
Option -2
OTHER COURIERS - Sometimes cheaper,Sometimes faster than Aus Post. But charged per item basis.
*GST is charged extra on the above P & D charges. All delivery times shown are indicative only and we do not guarantee that items will be delivered within the delivery target.There is no Saturday Delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays in the delivery. |
